Dye-into-fabric, infinite color
Heat and pressure infuse the dye directly into a polyester base. Gradients, patterns, all-over prints, photo realism, all possible. Will not crack, peel, or fade. Lightest weight option, most common across modern custom uniforms.
Best for: full-color designs, gradient fades, all-over patterns, lightweight performance fits.
Stitched fabric, classic look
Pre-cut fabric letters and numbers stitched onto the jersey. The Friday-night-lights, collegiate, pro-team look. Solid colors only, no gradients. Heavier hand feel. Most durable construction option, outlasts the rest of the jersey.
Best for: traditional programs, varsity letters, raised-name-and-number premium feel.
Color-shift twill, stadium-light pop
Same construction as standard tackle twill, but the twill itself is metallic, iridescent, or holographic. Light-reactive numbers and lettering that pop under stadium lights and on broadcast. Premium tier, limited finish library.
Best for: signature uniforms, alternate kits, championship sets, flex pieces.
